[問題]Allparts訂零件的問題

上星期六在allparts.com登記了account，order了零件，一切都很順利...還滿心歡喜的"這麼容易就買到了"...

可是今早卻收到以下的E-mail...

We thank you for your order, however we need you to place it with either our distributor there in Japan, or our distributor in the UK as shipping will be much quicker and cheaper from there.

他們不是International Shipping的嗎？我不知道運費會差多少，反正我的是小零件吧，但我在那個allpartsjapan.com找不到我要的零件(日本allparts的網頁真的不太方便)，在UK網找到卻又賣貴很多(貨價都差不多是在US買再加運費的價錢了)

想請問閃大，他們真的不願寄貨到香港嗎？我應該怎麼辦？能回覆說：" I don't care! Just do the order!"嗎？

我住在美國我當然沒收到這種email的經驗呀! 但你就回答說在他們的日本網站找不到,
英國的更貴, 然後I am willing to pay for the shipment! 看看會如何?

它網頁有規定最低order $10, 你是因為低於它嗎?

還有種可能就是他們的國外店只是獨立契約店, 跟他們有簽契約說某些地區的生意屬於他們,
就像地區代理商的意思一樣, 總公司不能跟他們搶生意

香港的通利琴行好像有代理Allparts的零件, 或者你可以去問一問他們有沒有你要的, 或者他們可以幫你代訂也有可能吧?

呵呵...小小的零件，要勞煩尖沙咀通利的Sales大哥們代訂，就是自討沒趣吧...

曾經試過為一把Fender找零件，他們一聽到「墨廠」兩字就頭也不回的走開了...還真是令人深刻的回憶...

我要的東西也只是US$17，或許他們就覺得太少吧...運費好像還比它貴。(但我習慣了...買參考書都是這樣)...

英文不好，但都試著回覆了，是比閃大提議的強硬一點

For the suggestion in your's E-mail, I try to order the parts through allpartsjapan.com or allparts.uk.com. But I can't found the such product in Japan web site, and the same product I found in UK web site is 37% expensive then yours. The shipping cost from UK to Hong Kong would be expensive then from US, and the time cost should be the same.

I have no reason of why I'm not order the parts through yours. Please carry on my order.
