[問題]Ringing after picking

I am trying do the sweep picking.
But when I pick some strings esp the third string at 13 frets,it will have a strong ring after I pick and unpress my finger.

How can I mute the ring?
Should I leave my palm at the bridge to reduce the ring or I should only lightly press the strings while sweeping?

I want to play some clean and fast sweep without ringing.

要看你彈哪一種指型的sweep而定, 有時就是按那個音的相同手指輕抬一點悶掉音, 有的指型
是左手食指在負責悶, 有的沒辦法就要靠右手去悶
