其實還有兩三把吉他的部分沒有錄進影片裡. 不過先這樣吧

我不是很喜歡 Star Wars的系列電影, 第2集 "The Empire strikes back"大概是我還比較能接受的一部, Imperial March 帝國行進曲份是否那一集的配樂我不記得, 但是喜歡你彈奏的這首進行曲..

Decortica 專輯發行 “Love Hotel”

Hi all 好消息！大家還記得我在之前blog裡介紹過的紐西蘭樂團Decortica 吧。他們的第二張專輯“ Love Hotel” 已經面世了。我也去了發行演唱會（很可惜的是忘了帶相機，這場演出除了是Decortica巡迴演出的第一站外，也是另一支樂隊Battle Circus 在紐西蘭的最後一場表演，他們在倆星期後將移居到美國去發展，玩樂團的應該都知道，美國是最難打進的市場, so big thumbs up to them to take the plunge and go for it. Best of luck guys! )



回到Love Hotel 這張專輯，他們並沒有選擇用傳統的CD 而是特別設計的USB memory stick



因為專輯的主題是關於日本的愛情旅館文化，所以它的設計可以看出日本風。 Decortica 這次也在網站上提供新專輯的免費下載。強烈推薦給大家。 http://music.decortica.com/album/love-hotel

很早之前Nine Inch Nails 還把他們的新音樂放在memory stick 然後到處發放在城市的角落讓人發現
對啊現在發行CD的成本越來越低了。 Decortica 的USB 賣二十塊紐幣， 大概合台幣四百多塊。其實也不算貴..

Devil's Blues 魔鬼的藍調

這首歌是我和Daniel Perry (Darcy Perry 的弟弟，Darcy 是我最喜歡的紐西蘭藍調樂手，以後會專門介紹給大家) 一起完成的，剛開始的時候我寄了最初的音樂給他聽，沒想到隔天他就回寄給我歌詞和加上他唱的版本，然後我就開始重新編曲，（ another painful but rewarding experience ) 我還加上了一小段前奏（ as my tribute to one of the inspiration of the song "Since I've been loving you" by Led Zepplin ) 試了一個錄音的技巧，聽的出做了什麼嗎？我也很喜歡新加的bridge, 那是我想像魔鬼在掙扎的感覺lol. 希望有一天可以和真正的樂團把這首歌彈奏出來。

這是一首蠻多年前寫的歌， 最近把它重錄了一次，我心裡想的畫面是一扇古門打開後一個老人坐在那里拉他的二胡， 而時間慢慢的流逝。在錄音帶過程中我有嘗試把吉他的聲音調的更像二胡，最後決定其實不是那麼重要...
