[問題]active mid boost circuit?

請問各位大大,看aria的電吉他上都有一個an active mid boost circuit,在護板上都有一個小開關,還要裝入9v電池,那是pre_amp還是類似Fernandes 的"Sustainer"的東西呢?他們STG系列,不到二百美金已經有交易了...這是什麼東西啊?
