well from my experience is just to get out there and play!
i got offered a teaching position after one time playing some solo guitar in this old pub and the other time someone saw me play with band and ask me to do some sessions.
even the band i joined now that's doing mv and EP and stuff i got in cus the singer saw my ads and we had a jam ( he auditioned several other guitarist already )
there is time u need to sit down in the bed room practice hard but need to step out and play! just my 2 cents

我不過我倒是很想試試

想想我當兵時的身材

you(we) should be familiar with the bass part chord, key...not just guitar voicings!! 需要很多的練習..經驗~我想很多吉他手都還需要再加強吧.....

它有說到一句很重要的話:thank and compliment the other players...還有, 千萬別遲到..BE ON TIME~


P.S 想請問一下老師 有句英文說 I HAVE HAD TO DO A FEW AUDITIONS , BUT MOST GIGS HAVE BEEN HANDED TO ME THROUGH REFERRALS ~ 這句要我ㄧ直翻不出來...

我曾經做過一些視聽帶,但是大部分的表演(或演唱會)是要透過身邊朋友介紹(或翻成推薦也行)

這樣對嗎?
(英文不是很好)

總之人際關係不可或缺...加上自身的練習和努力

靠...原來是面試....我從頭到尾都把它翻譯成..表演..


還有那個 "gig" ....我問了一堆朋友都不知道怎麼翻譯....

gig 是"作場"
gear 就是我們所說的"雞絲"
吉他手的"雞絲"......
